Meet Our Staff

We couldn't be more pleased to share with you that our employees often choose making their employment a long-term commitment with us. Stretching from 40 plus years of service to our newest team member, we are thankful to have such a dedicated staff that truly feels like family to us. Gary Haller and Gary Ball are our longest term employees, both of which were hired before Rick bought the Elk Rapids location in 1974! We offer insurance and other benefits to our full time staff in addition to ensuring job stability during the slower times of the year. Every member of our staff receives a discount when shopping with us, and we also offer an employee text program that is similar to our customer VIP text program.
